The joint-stock company Baltic Meat Trading provides only quality and ecological veal meat. Our suppliers cuts veal carcasses in accordance with United Nations / European Economic Commission Standard UN/ECE/AGRI. In determining the fatness and fleshiness of veal carcasses, the company is guided by the European Union scale for the classification of carcasses of veal. JSC “Baltic Meat Trading” seeks maximum flexibility in fulfilling their orders. The cutting of carcasses and their parts given in the catalogue may be reviewed by agreement between both parties.
